The UK Data Archive is looking for a Data Access and Helpdesk Manager to lead the team which provides support to our users as they access the data we hold. The post holder will be a confident people manager, able to lead and develop a team to ensure the ongoing delivery of high quality day-to-day user facing services. They will have experience of providing support to customers will allow them to problem-solve emerging challenges as well as identify how to develop our services on an ongoing basis, to best respond to user demands.

The UK Data Archive is looking for a part-time copywriter and editor in the UK Data Service and UK Data Archive, based at the University of Essex. The primary aims of the post are (a) to promote the UK Data Service and UK Data Archive through communications activities, the Service website and associated channels and (b) to support the design and production of online and printed materials for data users, policy makers and other audiences.
