The UK Data Archive is seeking a User Support and Training Officer.
Duties of the post include taking primary responsibility for processing requests to import data into our SecureLab by:
- Liaising with data users and owners as required.
- Logging queries into the UK Data Service’s online helpdesk system.
- Providing advice on data availability and content.
- Undertaking other data-related tasks as required.
