We’re hiring: Work for the UK Data Service

The UK Data Service is home to the largest collection of economic, social research and population data in the UK. We’re always looking for new staff to join our expert team to help researchers and data providers get the most out of our data collections and training.

We recognise the value that diversity, equality and inclusion brings and there are plenty of opportunities that come with working for the UK Data Service. Flexible working means we provide the perfect environment to blend work with study or caring responsibilities and many of our staff have gone on to become leaders in their respective fields across Cancer Research UK, ESRC, Health Foundation, ISER, ONS and Wellcome Trust. If you’re thinking of pursuing a future in healthcare, public policy, social care, or the charity and environment sectors, you should consider starting your career with us. Or if you’re already experts in your field, we also have senior roles to help shape and develop our services for the future.

A love of data use for public benefit is at the heart of what we do, but we’re not only interested in data skills. We also want great communicators and customer-focused, creative, team players with a passion to provide the best services and technology for our users.
