The UK Data Archive is seeking to appoint a Data Access and Use Assistant. The successful candidate will join our customer-facing Data Access Services team to support the UK Data Service’s data access and helpdesk operations.
Applicants should have an undergraduate degree, an equivalent qualification or equivalent professional experience. Previous support work with academics or students would be beneficial, but is not essential as other demonstrable forms of customer service experience are equally valuable.
