Vacancy: Business Analyst

University of Essex, UK Data Archive, Faculty of Social Sciences

The UK Data Archive is seeking to appoint a Business Analyst. The post holder will work within the Development team to liaise between Technical Services and internal/external stakeholders to improve and develop a range of information and data systems to support the strategy of the UK Data Archive.

Applicants should ideally hold a high-level qualification in business analysis and have had experience working within formal project management frameworks. They will be able to produce a clear business case and to model and document requirements using a variety of methods. They should be comfortable working with UML, BPMN or similar modelling notation.
