The UK Data Archive is looking to appoint an IT Systems Officer to join the Technical Services directorate of the UK Data Archive. The post holder will be part of the IT Operations Team responsible for the provision of front-line IT support to staff.
Applicants should have a proven track record of general IT support in an MS Windows/Office environment, knowledge of MS Windows file systems and security, and prior experience in a helpdesk or customer service environment.
