The UK Data Archive is seeking an IT Technical Access Analyst to join our Technical Services Team. The IT Technical Access Analyst is a key member of the team working primarily on the Service Desk function, ensuring customers and business teams receive the technical support they require.
Applicants should have a proven track record of working in a helpdesk or customer service environment. Experience of working for a highly regulated organisation, an understanding of Information Security, and the ability to document internal processes and procedures is essential.
