Do you use the UK Labour Force Survey (LFS) or Annual Population Survey (APS) for your research?
Submissions are now open for the Labour Force and Annual Population Surveys User Conference 2025.
This free conference, organised by the UK Data Service in collaboration with the Office for National Statistics (ONS), will be held at University College London on 19 June 2025. The conference will provide a good opportunity for users to discuss their work in a supportive environment and to reach policy-oriented audiences. The programme will include a mixture of presentations from ONS and researchers who have used data from the UK LFS or APS.
We would like to invite offers of presentations based on analyses of either of these two surveys. All topics are welcome, whether substantive or methodological. Abstracts from researchers at all stages of their career, including PhD students, are welcome.
See the 2023 and 2024 Labour Force and Annual Population Surveys User Conference programme for previous presentations.
Please send offers of a paper using the online submission form by midnight on Sunday 16 March. By submitting your abstract you are agreeing to your information being shared with our conference partners.
We will evaluate all abstracts and notify authors after the selection process. A detailed programme of presentations will be provided prior to the conference.
Conference booking is open but the programme will not be available until after the call for papers deadline.
