Japanese data archive issues call for papers and seminar presenters

The Center for Social Research and Data Archives (CSRDA), based at the University of Tokyo, has issued a call for papers in research related to the United Nations’s Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Known also as the Global Goals, the seventeen SDGs are a series of resolutions which focus on the protection of the planet and the establishment of a fairer society. Research papers which investigate and further the cause of the SDGs can be submitted to the CSRDA Discussion Paper Series. The Paper Series is an online publishing platform and forum, which gives researchers the opportunity to share and refine their work before seeking publication in an academic journal. Submissions are accepted throughout the year. The Center is interested in research founded not only on Japanese survey data, but from international data archives.

CSRDA is also inviting Early Career Researchers to present at the Social Science Japan Data Archive (SSJDA) seminar series. Presenters will be invited to Japan and have the opportunity to network with peers from all over the globe. Submissions are ongoing.
