Getting it right first time!

This free online workshop offers comprehensive guidance on submitting a well-prepared Secure Data application. It is designed to provide participants with the following information:

  • What is Secure/Controlled data?
  • How do I know if I need Secure data?
  • Am I eligible to apply?
  • Which application process should I follow?
  • How do to I complete the application forms?
  • Have I submitted everything?
  • What is ‘SecureLab’?
  • What training do I need?
  • How long will it take to get access to the data?
  • Can I access my project from home, and what do I need to do?

This session includes live exercises using Mentimeter and will conclude with a dedicated Q&A session.

Target audience: This workshop will benefit anyone who is applying, or preparing to apply, for Secure Access Data via our service, aiming to proactively equip researchers with all the information they will need for an efficient application process.
