The UK Data Archive is seeking to appoint a Data Access and Use Assistant to join our dynamic Data Access Services team, to support the UK Data Service’s data access and Helpdesk operations. As part of the Data Access Services team you will have responsibility for supporting data access, user enquiries, and data delivery for the UK Data Service. The post-holder will provide frontline support for the UK Data Service’s Helpdesk and data access operations, and will process applications for service registration and user accounts, as well as triaging, checking and processing access requests for data requiring approval, working closely with the SecureLab Support and training administrators to ensure smooth throughput.
