Working in the UK Data Service

The delivery of a fair and supportive working environment for staff is an important part of the UK Data Service. We recognise the value that diversity, equality and inclusion brings and want to recruit, develop, retain and motivate an increasingly diverse workforce. We also want to attract people who will be good citizens; who will contribute to the life of the UK Data Service and partner organisations and whose behaviour will have a positive impact on those around them.

Knowledge exchanges through our Data Impact blog highlight just some of the ways our expertise and evidence is being used to broaden the debate around identity in data.
