Hope & hops: the science of society – ESRC Festival of Social Science 2017
The 2017 Festival of Social Science (#esrcfestival) will take place in Southampton on 8-9 November.
The event in Southampton is organised by three ESRC-funded centres in the Faculty of Social, Human and Mathematical Sciences at the University of Southampton:
- the Administrative Data Research Centre for England (ADRC-E)
- the Centre for Population Change (CPC)
- the National Centre for Research Methods (NCRM)
in collaboration with the Public Engagement with Research unit at the University of Southampton.
Over two engaging nights, research scientists will share their research and expertise into two challenging issues of our time:

-

Each night there will be special guests, pub quizzes, hands-on activities and lots of prizes to give away.
No previous knowledge is needed, everyone is welcome. All talks, discussions and activities will be accessible to everyone.
The event is FREE but registration is required through Eventbrite.
