Welsh careers and education data analysis underway at ADRC-W

The Administrative Data Research Centre Wales (ADRC-W) has appointed Dr Suhaer Yunus to conduct analysis of Careers Wales administrative data.

The role, which is jointly funded by Careers Wales, will see Dr Yunus conduct research on the effectiveness of careers guidance interventions in Wales and how they support the participation in education, training and employment.

Prior to joining ADRC-W, Dr Yunus was involved in teaching a range of undergraduate and post graduate modules at Cardiff Business School.

Suhaer has experience of working with secondary data relating to work organisation, human resource management practices and employee-related outcomes with research interests that include skills development, work organisation, human resource management, leadership and quantitative modelling techniques.
